None, i like all.
Gamecube. I would say the Wii, but I'm sure I'll be loving it more once the RPG's start coming.
I don't 'hate' any of Nintendo's consoles. My least favourite is probably the Wii though.

Well, I owned...rather, still own, a Virtual Boy and it was awful. Actually, it was awesome at first because OMG 3D but it was uncomfortable to play, there were no games and I saw red lines all over the place for about 4 hours after playing it.
But if I were to say conventional systems I'd say the original DS. Why? Because I shelled out $200 for it and then a year and a half later a way better and smaller one came out, which also happened to correspond to the best games on the system. Damn you Nintendo!
Judging the Wii or DS now is not accurate IMO. No one knows what games are yet to come, it's too damn early. When the Wii starts to die I guess that's a perfect time to judge it.

I can never say I dislike N64
Having SM64, LoZ:OoT, and Rare games - esp DK64 is worth enough to say I enjoyed my N64. Not to mention Majora's Mask and Goemon Adventures...
Loved it!
The first GBA before the SP. You can't even see the screen no matter what you do.
Anybody who says VBoy is just a GBA fanboy.
