I think they had Zelda at #1 then thought, shit we are agreeing with everyone else, quick put a random game we've all heard of ahead of it.

Where is Panzer Dragoon Saga, God of War II, Virtua Fighter 4: Evolution, Half-Life 2
Metal Gear Solid 4, Earthbound, Fallout 2, Ikaruga and Grim Fandango? Pretty bad omissions if you ask me.
