What is better about moving on a dual analogue?
Lets see what movements do you need in an FPS.
forward and backward - obviously those can be on the control stick
turning left and right, and strafing - at the moment developers only seem to use the IR pointer for turning, which is slow and laborious, but what is wrong with the nunchuck? I personally would prefer turning to be on the control stick like Goldeneye, then strafing can be performed by tilting the nunchuck... but it could be customisable so you could have strafing on the stick and turning by tiliting.
The only other movement is looking up and down, but as that is rather rarely needed in FPS past 20-30 degree angles I think it would be fine to use the boundary box system.
So like I said, the only problem with movement at the moment is that developers have only seen fit to use the boundary box idea as the only method of turning around... but it doesn't have to be like that.
