I don't think the Necro is gone .....the witch doctor seems like a whole new class with disease summons and fire attacks. SOmeone has to have golem/spirit/bone mastery damnit !

Necro will be gone. I touched on it and so did Machina. I believe that's the classes we'll see simply because due to the balance of abilities.

I hope I am right because from what I have seen my laptop should handle this. I hope majority of the original classes remain, I would love a new WWSin, Bonemancer and/or Summonancer, Javazon/Bowazon, Hammerdin, OMG I am really pumped... I think I should stop... |
How can you tell if this game is not graphic heavy? The gameplay is shown from a bird's eye view so it is hard to tell. The game should work just fine my PC though again I say, it wouldn't be able to play a game like Crysis. Vista will probably cause technical issues like it has apprently shown in other games.
the Witch Doctor seems to be a Necromancer/Druid hybrid, so I think the Witch Doctor's going to have a skill tree that is summoning based, and another skill tree shapeshifting based.
http://www.gametrailers.com/game/8234.html TONS of videos up on GT, including high-quality versions of the gameplay.

I really hope you aren't right >.> the Necro was my favorite class i'm going to miss my trusty golem then :( . Damn after watching the d3 trailers and going back to play titan quest looks so shitty.

Birds eye view is the only view Diablo has ever given. That is what I base my assumption on.

Witchdocter sounds like a Druid/Necro hybrid as you said. Hopefully they still keep the original skill trees from each though that way the existing options from each are not severely lacking.
I really hope you are right.

I hope Witch Doctor is fun, but I can't help but miss the Necromancer.
With only 5 classes... I'm sure Druid and Necro aren't the only that are gone. They'll have more than just 1 new class. Hopefully the expansion adds some of these back. Or they are added through DLC.

I just want Hammerdins/Zealots (Paladin) and Javazons to remain, those were my main PVP characters, not to mention Hammerdins made life easy when you could breeze through the game doing runs for people and get their Hellforge. :)
