What can the ps3 now throw at the 360?

It won the HD battle still no great boost long term.

The most hyped game comes out mgs4. One week on sales are back to normal.

R F O M will be going head to head with gears 2.

Is there anything else mega enough coming out this year?

My opinion is the 360 ps3 gap will continue to shrink for the rest of this year.

the gap might shrink, but I see no reason to assume that 360 sales will pick up before a big release, perhaps ToV in Japan (will be interesting to see its impact) or GeoW2 over here.

360 sales have actually been contracting in Others over the last few weeks, but that's probably just the summer lull.

Why would 360 sales pick up after a ps3 game was released? I also think the gap will be closing.

I know what you're saying, but that was worded terribly, dude.  The 360 has many of the best games of recent times.

I think 360 sales will pick up after E3.

Ya see...now after E3 could make sense, but a good game coming out on another console doesn't make the 360 sell better. It just means that the boost the PS3 got will start to go down.

360 sales won't increase due to some sort of post-MGS increase. 360 sales will only increase due to games, marketing, and a price drop.

360 sales will increase because of all the exclusives coming out and a price cut will possibly happen soon. PS3 sales although will fall.
