I really dont understand how games can suck especially from developers with years of experience, I cant believe no one in the office said "Yo, this shit stinks" I mean come on, I like to think of these devs as fellow gamers and fans of whatever genre of game there creating. Theres no excuse for shitty games anymore.

We all know GTA IV did not deserve 10, more like 9.7, but in my opinion the whole system is flawed, because what is the difference between 66% and 67%?
