Forums - Microsoft - IGN reviews Operation Darkness...

LOL, I saw a review of this game on G4 like a month ago. They said it was shit then too.

Seems like an overly critical review to me.

Oh well makes me glad I bought Spectral Force 3 instead of this game like 2 months ago when I was trying to decide between the two of them(for a 360 srpg), haha.

Me since the games were revealed, the fanboys since E3."

Skeeuk: "playstation 3 is the ultimate in gaming acceleration"

I think I'm going to have to buy this game just to see how terrible it is for myself.

And I'm probably more than half serious too

I was actually pleasantly surprised the last time I tried a game that was supposed to be utter trash and that was Unlimited SaGa (yes i know, it was a while back). I actually quite enjoyed that although it took quite a pasting by a lot of people.

Was that game really that bad? I remember thinking about picking it up when I saw a used copy of Unlimited SaGa for 150 yen (under $1.50), but I remember that I really thought SaGa Frontier 2 was crap a long time ago. I bought that for the PS1 way back along with Final Fantasy Tactics(great game!), but I regretted purchasing SF2 for like $40 or $50 that I paid for it :(

Wasn't OD one of the RPG's that Mrstickball always listed? LOL!

developed by "Success" ...

if i am not mistaken starcraft + others listet this as a jrpg killer to show the dominance of the 360. Sad, sad, sad

I don't think I heard of this game but wow those scores are low.

It's getting bad reviews across the board, it seems. Ah well; guess we'll have to wait for a good offering from Atlus.

@tombi123: And PS3 fanboys listed Lair as a "AAA game" prior to its being released. Seems like the count's down for fanboys across the board. =P

"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."
