360 already has the perception as "america's console"... this is yet another sign. not that it's bad for 360's sales in the US.

with the playstation brand dimnishing on a monthly basis in the US, 360 could well be the go-to console after the Wii.

LOL, this is hilarious... and its coming out in the same month as another 10(?) FPS shooters for the 360 - including Halo 3. Sounds like a recipe for success to me ;)

If you kill civilians, do you end up on court marshall, or patrolling Guantanomo Bay? (sp?)

...

If someone played this, ended up joining the army based  on "experiences" from this game, and got killed/injured - I would love to see some serious sueing going on. I hope this has plenty of disclaimers along the lines of "War is serious, it is not fun and people die"...
