In the last 2 weeks there has been rumours of Forza 3 info. I'm not sure it would be ready this year, so there is a chance this isn't one of them, but it could be. More than likely I think it could be Alan Wake. It's dev time has been extremely long and M$ may have saved announcing this to see how MGS4 went down.

Then theres the latest rumour about RE5. This I think is a big possibilty at E3. An exclusive announcement by M$ at E3 for this game would be massive. After RE4 was so good, people who want the next will not wait 6 - 12 months to get it on the PS3. Those who wait dont really care for the series.

It will be an interesting E3 but if M$ announce any of these games as the 2 secret games coming in 2008 then M$ have absolutely nothing to worry about with MGS4 sales.

Prediction:

RE5 announced exclusive for this year.

Either Forza 3/Alan Wake this year.

No matter whether the rumour is true or not, that article is pretty weak. They quote someone from Capcom as saying:

“The assertion is false. RE5 is a multiplatform release that fits with our oft-stated crossplatform strategy.”

This doesn't really contradict the possibility of a timed exclusive, or does it?

Didn't Forza 2 come out last year? If I was a Forza fan, I would be pretty pissed off if Forza 3 came out this year.

I am also pretty sure MS would save Forza 3 for 2009, and try and release it about two weeks before Gran Turismo 5 comes out.

Alan Wake was supposed to come out this year, but then got delayed to 2009. I don't think they would get it out for 2008.

RE5 timed exclusivity is a possibility. It has been in development for ages, so it should be ready for the end of 2008. If the rumour of timed exclusivity is true, then this is a possibility.

I think the two games will have something to do with the x-mote. Probably new IP's that no one knows anything about yet.

I would say Forza 3 would be one, maybe Bioshock 2 timed exclusivity

 Could you explain this sentence? The last game was released 13 months ago, so if you liked it, you would be pissed that the sequel is released like 18 months later... strange. I would look forward to it. But I don't like racing games.
