For me it's a matter of how we talk things through. We allow oursleves to be quite free in regard to how we act among our friends, sometime we have a laugh on the street saying " hey you see that hot guy over there?" "look at that girls butt! Awesome!" but we do it in a manner of spending time together. When you have the ability to be with your BF or GF 24/7 (for the sake of the arguement) it's vital that you don't become too possesive as that's a sure way to make one feel chained to someone else.

I try to keep a healthy distance so that can have a normal social contacts without getting in each others way. That doesn't mean that we don't feel the urge to be with each other, we do, just in a more "civilized way" if you catch my drift.

Well it's just I think there's a difference between looking and staring.

Everyone looks at everyone but staring is when you eyes follow that certain person everywhere.

Sometimes you just do it without realising it.

It's instinctual, and usually pretty much involuntary.

I don't see a whole lot of difference in starring over looking, to me it's like as long as you don't get up and touch it's fine, so I go by the look but don't touch rule haha.

What is a gf?  Where do you buy it? Is it on multiplatforms?

Well my gf is extreme jealous, when I was with her in China a girl wanted to ask me something and because of that my gf gived her a slap in her face...I felt sad for the girl though but it is also great to hear you gf say 'He is mine' ^^'';.

And I am also quite a jealous type but not extreme like her I just know that she would do nothing with a other guy, she even don't speak with other boys anymore except her boss and her students so I don't have to be jealous anyway...=p.

I don't really care. Often times my girlfriend and I will actually discuss people we find attractive and what not.

I could not be with an over possesive girl. I like physical contact with my gf, being around her, but actually making scenes titled "she's mine, back off, graaaaahhh!!!!".
Seems quite stupid to me tbh.

It's all about insecurity. Insecure people tend to be the most possessive and jealous. They cause more problems in their relationships, than the people they feel jealousy from (I hope that made sense :P)

 Yes, but a good partner takes good care of the insecure person. It's called respect. Or even love.
