I'm pretty tired of Gears of War...my friend got Shadowrun though...that's pretty fun.

hehe... I started playing the shadowrun demo.

It's actually kind of fun, but I'm not gonna buy it unless I know future DLC will be free.

Same here. I played the demo and was very impressed. If they start releasing free DLC, I'll pick the game up. It's too much like my favorite online game of all time (CS) to pass up.

The more I hear it is like Counterstrike, the more likely I will be to pick it up whenever I splurge on a 360.

Does it have the look and feel of counterstrike? I love CS.

What, Shadowrun?

It doesn't look anything like CS...
It's got a similar feel I suppose...the game almost feels like a Source mod or something. And you do buy stuff at the beginning of rounds...

I played it shortly and liked it...my friend who rented it says the characters, weapons, magic and techs are very well balanced. The game falls short in the maps though.

Luckily, the maps are the easiest thing to fix with new downloadable maps...he's waiting to see how cheap they are too.
