You misunderstand.  There ISN't a supply problem now.  There WILL be when Microsoft prepares to change the SKU's.

Why would America switch their Madden preference from Xbox 360 to PS3?

There is no fact here, and you are completely ignoring that at E3 Sony and Nintendo will also get their fair share of announcements. Your whole argument is based on 360 getting a price cut in august which is far from a certainty. Yea if it does get a pricecut it will probably outsell ps3 in the US for at least the first month, i think most people would agree with that. However we're just talking about "IF"

Lost my faith in VGChartz. Too many stupid and ignorant Americans, even as moderators.

It's a shame, really. "The Boss" should do something radical about this Americanization, but it seems hardly feasible, so my days here are numbered.

Do you reasonably expect a PS3 pricecut?

You'll notice that I pointed out Nintendo will certainly beat BOTH HD consoles.

MGS4 will have great legs in august too, madden 09 will sell great in ps3 too because there are more ps3´s compared to 360´s now to the 2007 numbers, the only big game to come to 360 this year is gears of war 2 and now sony has a rival to compete with that, resistance 2, i know that maybe gears 2 have more hype but now sony have a fight that they don´t have in 2006 when gears of war came out or in 2007 with halo 3, bioshock, mass effect, only maybe uncharted and R & C, and u´r still underestimated the power of MGS4 that in day 1 sold 1.3 millions, and still underestimated the power of ps3.

I don't expect a PS3 pricecut in august, but i would say there is a better chance a price cut doesn't come in august for 360 than the chance that it does.  I do think it will come sometime between now and early next year, but you're basically just pulling shit out of your ass.

But this time the PS3 willl be 60fps TOO. People will not have to buy a Xbox360 to get the best version since both versions will be similar.
Madden should push the 2 hardware similarly this time.

an amazingly poor design + mixed weird gameplay = bad game.

From preview, it is what I think.

Why will Sony pawn Microsoft's E3? 

==>  Sony = FFXIII and GT5
