Um twilight princess, or fire emblem. Prime 3 also has a good story. There isn't anything amazing though. YOu have a gaming pc right? I could recommend many games there.

If you like point and click games - i'm currently playing secret files Tunguska, that has a good story. I'm really engrossed in it - it's a really good little game.
