I guess that makes me feel a little better since they all ranked so high and all. Managed to get a positive score couple rounds too, not bad for a casual that plays once a week eh . Still an ass whooping is still an ass whooping don't matter by who ....

Thank you for that. We were really caught off guard by a few things and never recovered, but still tried our best. You guys were much better than we knew, and we did not expect such a large turn out. Last week I think we only had 6-7 from GS and we managed to hold our own in most of the matches.
I think we might have done a bit better with a bigger map and if we did not bunch up so much. And I really have not mastered lag shooting. My timing is on once in a while and I can drop a person with a few shots from a Thompson, but not very often.
Shortly after that match I was depressed over my performance, but now it aint so bad. I mean you guys are GOOD. Any tips to offer a noob?

I did man the shotgun about half the time last night, but after frustration kicked in I started switching every few times i died, just trying anything that might work (nothing did)
You aren't a noob, trust me on that one. Tips are hard to give since everyone has a different style of play. If you main the Tommy, then I suggest getting in those 'in yor face' gunfights where the two people circle around eachother. Those are my favourite, but it starts to become chaos.
If you prefer to fall back on your teammates, and you are really indifferent to whether you die or not, then i suggest using the MP40 since it is a great gun to spray bullets at your opponents. Plus it makes it easier for your teammates to finish those opponents off.
It all depends on the gun you use.
