The general consesus among the gamer community is that Sunshine and Windwaker were indeed rushed, and Nintendo's own people went on record saying they should have spent more time on the titles. And by the way, I enjoyed them both immensely (I didn't like Mario 64 or Oncarina of Time oddly). |
I've never heard from anyone that these games were rushed, but whatever. I thought these games were polished, as with most of Nintendo's games. If these were rush jobs, then they are the best rush jobs I've ever seen. |
There were supposed to be two more dungeons in Wind Waker, they rushed it though. As for Sunshine, you have to admit it definitely could have used a couple more worlds. |
There were? Good thing they weren't included because that would have made it way too long. It took me long enough to take pictures of everything and making them into statues. You're right about Sunshine, but it still didn't feel rushed. Play FarCry or Enter the Matrix if you want to "feel" a rushed game....if you have the patience or the stomach. Those games are definitely rushed...crappy graphics, bad physics, terrible game flow.
