Uhm, yes.  Leo-J was permabanned at the time.  But since then there was that problem, or a mistake ioi made (I forget exactly what happened), that removed all bans.  Same thing that caused hus, kirby007, weezy, and many other permabanned users to not be banned anymore.

Oh wait...I think I just misunderstood what you were saying.

I thought you meant that he got perma-banned for writing that.  You just meant that he wrote that while he was perma-banned (the first time).  My bad.
