With the Xbox 360 pro package, does the controller come with a rechargeable battery pack? Or should I just buy a wired controller if I don't have money for a constand flow of AA batteries?

It doesn't come with a battery pack (called a Play and Charge kit), but they only cost $20 extra.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

No rechargeable battery pack.

There's also the option of rechargeable AA's, a few of those and a good charger will keep all your gadgets working on the cheap for quite a while. Actually, the 360's battery pack for the gamepad is just two eneloops duck taped together inside a plastic casing.

Current-gen game collection uploaded on the profile, full of win and good games; also most of my PC games. Lucasfilm Games/LucasArts 1982-2008 (Requiescat In Pace).

Hmmm.. thanks. :)
