Forums - Nintendo - What I think of Wii Secret files Tunguski

Bit of a random thread this one but it is aimed at somebody (just cant remember who), someone asked me a week or so ago on here what Secret Files Tunguskli was like and I hadn't started it so i said i'd get back to them.

Started playing it last night and only played it for 4 - 5 hours so far but it's pretty good.  a lot of reviewers said that this was just another generic PC point and click game but to me thats fine so if you're a fan of the traditional point and click genre I'd recommend this as for £24.99 this may just be the bargain of the year for me.

Another thing the reviewers have slated this game for is they say that some of the puzzles solutions are a bit too obscure and illogical to the point where one site said a walkthrough was a pre-requisite, well i've played some of the levels they listed as bad examples and they seemed quite logical to me and combining 3 items to make a useful item that it's use was obvious didn't seem daunting.

Basically - not an amazing game that'll blow your mind and the characters seem quite weak with annoying voices so far but it's a decent little nostalgic Point and Click with a great little interface and controls do the job nicely.

I've had my eye out for this game for a while now, but I don't think it's been released in NA yet.

it's definitly worth a play - i mean it's exactly what I wanted and expected which as an avid point and click fan is the best I can really say. What i really like about it is it has a function where if you press the number 2 button on the wiimote it illuminates every interactive item in the room so there's no wondering if you've missed an item in that room.

What it does do though is make you aware more - even if you haven't studied that room properly to the point where you'll get another item and think "oh the bucket of water" cos you're used to it screaming at you when you press the button.

I got a text telling me about this game ages ago, like an advert text, but I have no idea where from.
