 Wii zapper support and online polay and co-op, sounds good as long as they get the controls good and the graphics arent crap. Will look forward to another game to use my Nyko PerfectShot with

i highly doubt the wii will get this game, even if it does. it will be nothing compared to the ps360 versions.

i also dont think it will sell very well, majority of wii owners wont buy into it.

but mabey could turn out to be a good game with changes.

Just when I was about to write it off for being set in WWII again...

I hope either the Wii or HD version sucks monkey balls. That way it will be easy to decide which version to buy.

At least Killzone 2 will be out before this; I refuse to buy another COD that takes place in WW2; its moronic when their best game "modern warfare" gets dumbed back down to WW2.

“Yeah, the challenge with this one was ‘how do we make a cutting edge next-gen game work on the wii’?’. The answer is a lot of frickin’ smart engineers who’ve shipped Wii titles in the past. Getting the call of duty 4 engine on Wii was our first challenge - which we’ve managed to do and it looks great - but there are also a content and design challenges to consider.”

“Beyond that, We’re reall accepting the fact that the person buying on the Wii is doing so for a different kind of experience. Well, it's Treyarch, so no one really cares about this version. Everyone I know is not buying CoD5. Treyarch = The suxxors.

Once Wii owners get an IW game, Wii owners will be very happy with their game, until then, don't get excited.

Well I'm hoping the Wii version turns out to be good with solid online multiplayer and controls on par with Prime 3 or Heroes 2, that way i can get the Wii verson ($10 cheaper too) while still bein able to enjoy COD4 on the 360. And if the Wii version does turn out to be good I predict strong sales and long legs based on COD4's sales history as well as other multiplat titles that have performed well on WIi... see Guitar Hero 3 and Lego Star Wars.

I don't care much for WWII but I gave MoH:H2 a try and if this controls well i'll give it a shot also.

There's no release date yet so it's possible that it'll come out after KZ2 (Feb 09) but unlikely. CoD2 was end of '05, CoD3 was end of '06, CoD4 was end of '07, if I had to bet on it i'm guessing Activision's gonna want to push out CoD5 by end of '08.
