I wouldn't pay, not at all. I would try my best to find a bypass around it, and if I can't, I'd buy a Wii.

Umm.... Didn't you hear that Nintendo's going to have some games be pay-to-play online? It's an official announcement... It's rumored to be MMORPG's, but I wouldn't actually mind it being for other things aswell... I mean, as great as playing brawl online is...

I wouldn't mind paying to be able to have access playing special brawl online, custom stages online, and maybe voice chat ect., Not to mention, there would be more servers if people paid, and less lag...

There is a difference in paying to play a MMO online and paying for the "privilege" to pay to play a MMO online.

I don't actually use the PSN that much though I'm trying to get more into it.  Every time I do I feel like I need a keyboard to type.

I would be pissed, but depending on the price, I would pay. I can't live without my Warhawk.

 Nope, I am not kidding.  I live in Alpharetta, Georgia.  It is a suburb of Atlanta.  The rent is deadly but I do not want to commute(the traffic here is the worst I have ever seen).  Plus I live in a one bedroom one bath, so you can do the math as to what something more would cost.  But salaries up here match the cost of living so it is not actually that bad.

 950 is not even a real lot, once you get into the bigger cities 1bedrooms are crazy expensive.

 I though the voice chat is so that people cannot swear to keep it family friendly
