Nope, I am not kidding. I live in Alpharetta, Georgia. It is a suburb of Atlanta. The rent is deadly but I do not want to commute(the traffic here is the worst I have ever seen). Plus I live in a one bedroom one bath, so you can do the math as to what something more would cost. But salaries up here match the cost of living so it is not actually that bad.

 950 is not even a real lot, once you get into the bigger cities 1bedrooms are crazy expensive.
