Not so much just the games, I think they marketed the console itself a lot more then. Only Ratchet, Uncharted and GT5 have I ever seen adverts for here, and they never seemed to have good time slots.

I still can't get on to amazon to see the bestsellers :(

 Just to clarify, this is the black PS3 bundle and not the gunmetal, yes? It's quite surprising there is such limited stock for that.

I sold out of all of my copies of Resident Evil Zero via ebay! I had all of 1 in stock. It must be making a major comeback in sales.

Just making a point that until sales numbers roll through, this news has nothing firm to base the sales on. I don't doubt that MGS will sell a few HUNDRED thousand at launch, but give us some stats. After all, that's what this site is all about. =)

btw, you do know that whois sometimes is cached up to 24 hours, right? a raw ping would work much better to prove a point of server availability.

So clearly there is a demand for the Bundle, but we don´t know the stock number, so any conjeture right now is a baseless one... lets wait for more info before jumping on the "Sony Domination Begins" State...
