So, MicroProse was acquired by Hasbro which was then acquired by Atari.

MicroProse was my fav in the 90's. What happened to all their IP's?

Can Atari revive some of those titles and make sequels?

Master of Magic. A sequel, I want. I played that game so much back then.
It was like Civ with myth/magic theme. On top of that, you get mirror world, making your domination twice as hard/long.

The closest gameplay to that is Heroes of Might and Magic series. But that somehow lose its attractiveness each new sequel. It just doesn't feel the same.

Ah hell, I am happy with an X-Com sequel. Just not the spin-off.
