Its a game that has slipped under the radar but there will always be an inner-Civ in me. I will consider picking it up next month if Alone in the Dark turns out crap.

I'll pick up the DS version, but I think I'll be sticking with Civ IV BTS.

I thought Civ 4 came out 3 years ago? Why would it need to be dumbed down for a three year old console?

I'm gonna have a bash on the demo that's just come out on the PS3 for a little while before I make my decision; I've always loved the civ games so hopefully I'll enjoy this one.

Just played the PS3 demo. Fantastic stuff. I didn't like the look of it at first but it really grew on me. I never played civ 4 but i'm willing to bet this isn't as complex city management wise. This game just went up to an essential purchase for me behind MGS4. I'M GONNA GO PLAY IT AGAIN!

I am insanely hyped for this game. I was really annoyed about them not continuing the wii version, but I will be buying the DS version now instead.

I've just played the PS3 demo a bit, is it just me or is the game insane boring. I love the art-style though.
