Nah I'm wondering who's helping with the backing on this :P I mean obviously more PS3's sold means more games sold, which means more Blu-disc's sold, which ups the percentage of Bluray Movies sold, which in theory could increase the amount of HD displays sold, upgraded surround sets, etc etc etc.

Very strange that a deal like this would come up for the PS3 which is now out-selling the 360 :P I highly doubt liquidation, but if in the event it "could be", do you think Sony's planning on a new model?
