It should be the European box art because MGS4 will sell the most in Europe and it has the joint best box art with the Japanese version.
The NA box art is just so terrible.

If you have a special edition, with possibly minimal extra content, then it will share the same page. Whether this is game of the year, or limited edition doesn't matter.
If you have a special edition that has significantly changed, then It should get a seperate page. As this typically isn't the case, there should be very few games that have multiple pages for the different special editions.
Obviously, some games may slip through the cracks, or have been submitted before game admins had to approve them. If you see a game that you think should be removed from the database, pm a link to talonman and let him know why you think the game should be deleted. I think only mods who are game admins can delete a game.
