Wow another join the Ubi party thread!
I just found the article of that "Nintendo like" quality game. I simply don't care about it, because they just not able to do that (http://www.vgchartz.com/forum/thread.php?id=28251) , but guess what? I am shocked when I found out that they actually used 400-500 people to develop this year's shitty graphics & games.

Assassin’s Creed will score over 90; multi-platform development is fine-tuned; and Ubisoft will achieve “Nintendo-like” quality on Wii next year. More from a recent investment meet-up… | |
Yves Guillemot, CEO of Paris, France-based Ubisoft, delivered a fascinating presentation during BMO Capital Markets’ Annual Interactive Entertainment Conference in New York City on Tuesday. Guillemot said Ubisoft currently has 400-500 people who are dedicated to the Wii platform right now, and believes that next year, Ubisoft will have “Nintendo-like quality” on the Wii. Guillemot also said that Xbox 360 was performing very well, with much of its success due to the execution of Xbox Live and its features. He also said that the PC is a “growing” market, and Ubisoft will be delivering Far Cry 2 on PC first, as well as launching casual MMOs at the end of next year and in 2009. “We are looking at [PC] to create more brands that will also be on console, but we’ll also create specific brands just for PC.” Not true! You got more profit now, so you will develop and ship both console & PC version simultaneously. |
