Technically, a hardcore or core gamer could play any game should they choose to. A game like Animal Crossing could be easily played by any gamer, thus I would class it as casual.

Skies of Arcadia 2 and Kh3 is games that I have read about, but I did not know about the other rumors, are they widespread to?

And about Fatal Frame 4, I think so. I always go by the publishing side, plus if I don't understand it wrong, there is suppose to be collaboration with Nintendo on the game.

 Oh never mind, I realized by saying core you meant good games rather than hardcore games. ALl of them are good.

I dunno.  I'd consider a "core" game to be one that sells a console.   I know for a fact that people bought a Wii only for DDR.  Also of note, there is no DDR on the PS3, although 3 mixes are announced/released for the 360.

However, if by "core" we are meaning hard-core, then for sure DDR fits this category.  Casual players may pick up the game and stomp some arrows on beginner, but only the hard-core actually play the game.

Also, don't forget Hottest Party sold nearly 600k in NA alone, so series followers will be picking this up for sure.

 I just bought Assassin's Creed. After a few hours of gameplay I'm not sure Ubisoft currently has anything worth boycotting.

Yes, but it will be a WWII CoD so nobody will care about it. And if we follow the pattern treyarch will be developing it who made the worse games of the series.
