Habits of a viral marketer.

Join a site.Scratch a few posts and then they'll come to do want they wanted.

Go on the offensive from the start.These people show no escalation.Just blitz.

How to deal with them.

Viral marketers always ask for info.Upon receiving it they'll go on and make reference to it and quickly construct new arguments based on these.

A Viral marketer's goal is simple: to convince..... they'll never let up.They believe in attrition and will almost always be the last person to post to make sure his point gets heard last.Solution:Stay with them.

When all options are gone they will resort to using the same arguments but in reverse or combining different points made before.In this case he went on to say that HD consoles fund wii games.

Tell him that you are now getting disinterested.They however are now trapped in trying to convince you by this time.Hence the No I do want to hear what you have to say comment

Now this is the time to go on the offensive.In this case tell him about the short post history that he has.

He will defend it with no success.Alas it is too late.Tell him how easy it was to analyse since it was so short.

Conclusion:

He says that he now has to go and sleep(rubbish) and that the thread is dying(i.e. so that no one keeps paying attention and hopes that he will therefore get the last say)so no one else would post.

And then finishes off with the same bloody hypothesis that he started with in the first place.(LOL does he abandon his other arguments)

FAIL

I'm not going to report you but if someone else does after seeing this don't be surprised.

I have sent messages to sc94597 and trestres about this.Have fun sleepy boy.

And they refused to outright admit it, and used twisted sales data to justify it. So you claiming they are doing nothing wrong is just excusing them.

So you think he might be a Ubisoft employee, or something? His early posts might say different, unless he posted that way to look good before coming here. Most of his posts are on threads about Ubisoft.

No they don't magically deserve them. However, Ubisoft as a corporation deserves, by law, to release whatever games they want on whatever systems they want. They don't owe any system anything. They owe it to themselves to make profit in whatever legal fashion they see fit. And guess what: Ubi's games on the PS3 and 360 sell like gangbusters. Someone's spewing out ignorance and bullshit, but it's not me. And no one has actually answered "what incentive does Ubisoft have to improve their quality on the Wii?"

Guillemot's comments about quality turned out to be pretty bullshit, I'll give you that. But PROMISES mean nothing in business unless they're contractual. A corporate figure head is always gonna speak positively about his company. Learn to take what they say with a grain of salt.


They have a clear incentive, they just don't seem to understand that. Because the image of the company is dependent on th equality of their games. If they keep on delivering non-products their reputation as a quality software maker will go down the drain. Seeing the reactions on the internet and their own forums makes me think their reputation already took a major blow.

I do't know what business you're in, but in my world integrity is a very important part of doing business. Again the reputation of the company is related to that. A CEO that lies is absolutely unacceptable and will affect the company.
