with just over 2m ps3's sold in japan the attach rate for mgs4 would have to be just shy of 50% for it to hit 1 million, so r we really going to have to wait for ffxiii for a ps3 million selling game in japan.??

After a game cracks 500k, I'd imagine. I'd imagine it'll be Final Fantasy XIII, but I can't even say that for sure anymore, to be honest.

Remember that a lot of sales will come from bundles, leaving other users to get the game....

After that, yes, FF will have to save the day

Not for a long while (read: FFXIII). 50%+ attach rate isn't going to happen for MGS4 at least and there's barely anything that could reach it after that.

i always thought mgs4 was a lock, but not now due to the poor console sales
