I really doubt he could get you on anything but defamation of character and well like you said you've been pretty discreate about it. I wouldn't really worry about it until the papers show up and even then if he has no case its in his best interest to settle I mean come on you have the ability to couter sue for lost wages from not being at work for attorney fees since you shouldn't have to pay if your innocent heck if he causes you any harm to your character for having to go to court maybe even a defamation of character. Anyways I like Kwaads idea lol who wants to drink watered down booze or off brand at name brand prices. Hey anyone remember if its illegal to pose having legal knowledge on a subject you don't lol could of sworn there was a paragraph or two about that in my buisness law book.

Use the Chewbacca defence. Or threaten to call the sanitation deparment, that will shut him up.

People use the sue card like idiots.

90% chance no lawyer will seriously look at his "case" against you

A lawyer will take a case that anyone wants to put together... because if they lose or win in the end they generally get paid.

I work at a law firm and this isnt true in the least.

Maybe not for your firm but I know of a few people who are involved with a lawyer firm that will take on anything (i live in Australia BTW - so things are likely different).

THis is Chewbacca. Classic

But, yeah, I think yourr fine./ In this day and age everyone wants to sue everyone else. Either for money or to threaten. I assum the latter here. As we all said, your fine. He, not so much.

Lets put it this way, He is an owner, you were an employee, sue you for what?? he obviously makes more money, Just document everything and if he calls back, tell him you have consulted legal advice and he is not to call anymore
turn the tides Sue him for Wrongful prosectuition etc. Trust me it wont even go that far.
i would dismiss it.

Yeah at first I was a little shocked but then realized that he has nothing on me and he can't do squat, if I do get something in the mail I will bring him down.
