Wii Fit = exercise program to change your life. Say good bye to gym membership. $300 per year saving there. lol.

Good to see, Wii Fit is having a very positive impact in such a short amount of time.

While I find the Wii fit useful for someone who excercises I surely don't see it as a gym replacement especially for weight training nor something like swimming.

Also the idea Wii Fit makes exercise more fun will not last long as in the long run exercise is hard work and requires a lot of discipline. As the OP noted it can be use as a tool.

does anyone believe this BS, the guy probably just passed a really large dump on the crapper[j/k] but seriously this type of weight loss is not fat loss but water loss --which IS dangerous [scorptile]. Again i must express my skepticisim in this product, the most effective method to burning fat and losing weight is in the gym with high intensity metabolism-raising workouts not on a exercise simulator with limited range of motion.

400lbs - 390 lbs, lol. Hopefully people see that not all gamers are 100% lazy, although I still am =)

 Not possible to use Wii Fit at that weigh. Max weight on the Balance board is 330 lbs or 150 kg

Uh oh, here come the fun police to make this place even more bland.

@fkusumot

I'm not sure what you're trying to imply with those crudely drawn pictures [however funny they are] but note i was not attacking the "WiiFit" as a product but the claims of it being "the solution" to the weight challenged as many [not just on here] want it to be. If anything the whole "WiiFit" enthusiam just shows with clever marketing & research you can sell just about anything.
In all fairness at the very least [since it involves motion] it burns some calories.

He just started his regimen.

I'd say that five to seven pounds that he "lost" were water weight.

The true test is from day ten to day twenty. He'll probably only lose 3-5 pounds between then, depending on his regimen.

A bit late but I know a few games that can attest to a long term life style change.

Pokemon Red/Blue - Made me forget pigeons were pigeons not Pidgy, and Aerodactyl

WoW - death of life

Street Fighter - created competative gaming

Duck Hunt - created a generation of trigger space marine fapping happy retard gamers... and the dog laughed all the way to the bank.

I'm Unamerica and you can too.
