Forums - Nintendo Discussion - New Wii games explosion.

Thats still not a explosion compared to HD games coming out this year. Aleast theres Sim City, yeah, Sim City.

How come EA was the only third party that gives importance to the Wii anyway?!!

end of core gaming days prediction:

E3 2006-The beginning of the end. Wii introduced

E3 2008- Armageddon. Wii motion plus introduced. Wii Music. Reggie says Animal crossing was a core game. Massive disappointment. many Wii core gamers selling their Wii.

E3 2010- Tape runs out

Sim City sold well on DS so it goes to Wii.

The wii-mote and balance board can be combined yes (if that is what you mean?). See the RRR trailer for an example.

Don't you use two Wii-motes plus the balance board in We Ski? And it retails for $26 at Costco.

Wii Sim City sounds pretty good *thumbs up*

I wonder what RRR3 will end up like...

OT : Why can I hear "squeeking" through my cheap headset when I scroll up and down a web page?

OMFG!!!! I hate the Wii, the RRR made me smile when I saw the people dancing and butt surfing.

Watching the Interview with that guy just made me pissed at Ubisoft for not bringing Prince of Persia and Beyond Good and Evil to the Wii.

Maybe they were not happy with the sales of the version they already brought to the wii. I picked it up this month for $20, and it's fairly good, especially at $20 new.

I wonder if a Wii cycling game would come with an actual bike peripheral

 too specific.

Nintendo's (proper) perehrials can be used in a number of ways to suit many genres of core games as well as invent new ones.

The Wii remote, the nunchuck and the balance board are not restricted to 1 genre (or even 1 game) like racing wheels of guitars are

I was considering Sim City on the VC but was put off because I knew it is stripped down compared to the last version I played (2000)

I will probably purchase a Wii version.

2 games are not an explosion... especially when one is a snowboarding game. -_-

Did someone say "new Sim City"? Hopefully they find that delicate balance between complexity and simplicity that the original and 2000 had. If so, I am clear to destroy my social life...

Sim City will be complete shit on the Wii compared to the PC games. Motion controls will add nothing to that game. Shaun White Snowboarding looks interesting.
