whats a s rpg?

Simulation RPG. For example; Ogre Battle, Final Fantasy Tactics...

Oh, I always thought it was strategy RPG..

Anyway, it is an interesting concept, but I will want to know more about the game before making a decision

The tons of JRPGs on the 360 are really enticing me, and making me look forward to getting one even more. I honestly don't understand why the Japanese don't buy it! Lost Odyssey and Infinite Undiscovery (in spite of the stupid name) both look great, and I am told LO is brilliant, and judging by tri-ace's previous games, IU should be great as well

 Either or, both are acceptable.

Mil. Sellers:

Wii:      25 titles       101.4 mil total    avg 4 mil per title

PS3:     14 titles      28.6 mil total    avg ~2 mil per title

360:     41 titles      89.8 mil total   avg  >2 mil per title

Yeah, Strategy RPG is also fine. I think I just got brainwashed because I've been in Japan awhile and they always call them "Simulation RPGs" I'm pretty sure I used to always refer to them as Strategy RPGs when I was in the USA.

Also I just bought Ogre Battle: March of the Black Queen for the Super Famicom(e.g. SNES) the other day and on the back of the box it says "Simulation RPG", so yeah... (The game was only about $3.50 in good condition w/box and manual, nice!)

starcraft: "I and every PS3 fanboy alive are waiting for Versus more than FFXIII.
Me since the games were revealed, the fanboys since E3."

Skeeuk: "playstation 3 is the ultimate in gaming acceleration"

Hmm, looks interesting but the character's look pretty bland, not doesnt look to be pushing the 360 much.

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned for Sega. - Jason Lee, Mallrats.

Another RPG !! , where the hell are the PS3 RPG's.

Sigh , maybe '09 will be the PS3's year.

I tend to prefer the traditional Medieval WRPGs, but this looks interesting. Perhaps I'll be ready to play this new title after I've exhausted Fable 2 (or it has exhausted me)...

I was going to post it. Unfortunately, it looks like it's been polished as much as Two Worlds was.

Great if it's exclusive. But I don't know how great the game will actually be.

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.

It looks good. Not sure how RPG it will be. Looks more light on the RPG, and heavy on the action adventure.

I will probably pick up the PC version. In a year, when it comes out, I will probably leave the consoles for only exclusives, as PC's will be far superior by then (until the next crop of consoles come out).

nice find gebx!!!

... Those graphics, and it's a 360 game? Does not compute.

it looks ok to be honest. looks more like an action adventure to me tho to be honest but you no
