So it is Pachirisu.  I've been calling him the wrong thing since I first caught him.

And I've had him with me the entire time, lol.

And I don't think I can breed evee until I get a ditto, right?  

I have 3 eevees (plural spelling?)
One lvl 25 male
One lvl 1 male
One lvl 1 female
It would probably be best for you to take one of the lvl 1 one's

Dude, I'll take whatever you want to give me. I just want an evee, lol. Lvl 1 would probably be best, though, like you said.

Edit: Anything in particular you'd want for it?  I'll see what I can do, though my collection is still very small.

 Wrong you can breed Eevee with any pokemon in the ground egg group

 Recommend you get a female Eevee(the offspring are always the female pokemon) and get a male of another ground group pokemon that knows wish(the offspring will then be an Eeveewith wish).
