I went to Walmart today to get Office 2007 due to my key generator being deleted by my anti-virus (='[).

anyways I decided to look at the Blu-ray movies and to my surprise, no HD-DVDs in sight and two full racks of Blu-ray, four times what they used to have. 

 Can anyone else confirm this at their local Walmarts, and other stores? Has the Blu-ray section grown?

I mentioned it in a thread before my local stores moved the blu ray section from a dark corner to a whole section for blu ray itself (1/10 of the dvd side).

I've seen one full rack of Blu-Rays for a while now. I was my local Wal Mart last week and don't recall the section growing at all though.

Still, that's one section compared to probably 30-50 sections over 4 or 5 aisles for DVDs.

That's a big change from what my local Best Buy is doing. The last time I looked at my local Wal-Mart's Blu-Ray/HD-DVD section they had them all crammed into one end panel locked case. I'll see if they've changed that any since I last looked (I assume they have because it's been a while since I strolled through Wal-Mart's media section).

cool, Blu-Ray sections in my local HMV have also doubled.
