Must suck for all the people actually called Hitler. They'll just have to go with Hidler or Schicklgruber instead. =P

Somehow I don't think there is very many people under the age of 70 named Hitler.

Well, given the wonders of the Blue Ocean strategy, ya never know...

What are you talking about all the old people are still playing Wii sports /sarcasm

I think this is going a little overboard, it starts with Hitler then where does it end, i'm sure people will find things wrong with just about everything. You better hope you don't name your mii after a country, people will go all nuts.

What's so bad about Hitler? lol

Nintendo still doomed?

How is this going overboard? How is it overboard to find something wrong with Hitler?

No one who's real name is Hitler is playing Mario Kart Wii. First off, Hitler is commonly a surname, so the person could just as easily use their first name. Second, I seriously think that few people after the 1940s didn't change their last name to something besides Hitler.

If you're complaining that it's discrimination because the small percentage of people left in the world (who are probably in their 70s) still have the surname Hitler can't use it in Mario Kart Wii, then you're not thinking too straight. Heck, I could change my name to any number of expletives and sue Nintendo for discriminating against me should they choose to censor names further.

Most of the people using Hitler Miis or Hitler usernames are people who think it's funny, when it's actually not funny in the slightest.

I demand that I, Johnny Fuckthisshituptheass, be treated like every other person!

BTW, just change the name to Hister, and claim it's proof Nostradamus was right.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

Hitler was a dirty cheater in Mario Kart anyway, he deserves to be banned.

BTW, I think we can say this thread is totally exempt from Godwin's law.

Also, I find this funny, not out of disrespect to anyone, but because it's so ridiculous. Also, if Mel Brooks says it's okay to laugh at Hitler, I think it's okay to laugh then.

On that note, even if Springtime For Hitler would fit in the naming boxes, I don't think it would be allowed.

This is a bit overboard. People will just spell it in a different way and get around it, so I hardly see the point. Policing gamers online very rarely works.

LOL LordTheNightKnight. Potty humor to the extreme, FTW.
Nintendo=Game Nazi. NO MK FOR YOU! When will those poor "Boys From Brazil" be treated fairly?
