If I recall correctly, it wasn't exactly canceled. It was more of just put on hold as they felt they had higher priority projects to work on. Once they make wii versions of their existing IP, they might get back to it...

It's supposed to be like that game Malice, just with the Wii-mote. Malice was some overhyped giant hammer game that really underdelivered.
