This only makes the possibility of Zero Suit Samus being a playable character much higher. However, I still highly doubt it.

So do you guys use items when you play? My friends and I always use items...but we're not pros or anything...

Items are a must, sure you can turn them off once in a while, you can also play Mario Kart without Items...yeay ....what fun, sure with Smash Brothers its fun to see how well you do without items but it akes away from the wacky fun and suprises

When we play no items, I only do a few rounds- AND PWN. However, I loose interest quickly.

Yeah we play with items 90% of the time. It gets boring without.

I used to play with items a lot (always) but after some time, the items turned repetitive and took away fighting skill from us (my cousins and me) because we were so dependable on them, so after some time we decided to turn them off and now we only play without them. If you pretend to play this game for fun, add items, they add a lot of randomness to the game, but if you wanna play this for competitiveness you should turn off the items and fight with skill and knowledge in the game. I dont consider myself a pro, but i haven't know someone that can defeat me where i live.
