Forums - Nintendo - Super Smash Bros. Brawl Official Updates

I hope they put individual item frequency sliders in SSBB, that'd be cool.

SSBM kinda had it in the background anyway, because whenever you played on a Pokemon level, Pokeballs were definitely more frequent than other items.

I predict Donkey Kong's movesets!

Update: Samus: Final Smash

 <Zero Laser>

Don’t fire! Do NOT fire that laser!

Why? ...Well, because it really hurts!

MAXIMUM CHARGE!

Now, fire! Whoa, that’s huge!

That weapon is extremely powerful. Her opponents’ damage meters skyrocket!

...But afterward, Samus has a problem.

All of her armor fell off!

Now she’s just Zero Suit Samus.

That really was her last trump card. She used a weapon so powerful, it destroyed her Power Suit.

Now it’s time for Zero Suit Samus to show what she can do.

It looks like you can throw the pieces of her suit that end up on the ground.

Hey. Stop that... QUIT IT! I mean it!

Take that!

Well, that was expected...

I am a PC gamer, and also have a NDS now, but without access to a Nintendo Wii until End of 2007.

Currently playing: Super Smash Brothers Brawl(Wii), Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer(DS), Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime (DS), WiiFit(Wii)

Games Recently Beaten: Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King (Normal; Very Hard after the next DLCs become available)

I'm liking Samus' Final Smash, looks powerful to say the least.

Kind of disappointed that Zero Suit isn't a separate character, but eh, oh well.

Very cool! It finally puts to rest the rumors about whether or not Zero Suit Samus is a separate character...I'm glad she's not...cause it'd be weird fighting regular suited Samus vs. Zero Suit Samus in the same match...and I wanted to try both versions.

Being able to throw the chunks of armor around is just hilarious haha.

Also, the humongous power shot is incredible...as big as it was in that first trailer...even better looking though.

VERY cool looking. I figured that's what changed her to Zero Suit Samus. I like the touch of being able to toss around the armor too lol.

Interesting point too: did anyone notice the Fire Emblem castle in the background is on fire during her attack? There must be some level event going on.

Yeah, that would be like having both young and adult Link from OoT in the game. I could never wrap my mind around something like that. =P

So, wait... If you turn items off, you don't even have access to one character?

Even with items on... When a Smash Ball appears, you can either pick it up and turn into a character you rarely ever get to use at all, or let your opponents wreck havoc.

There better be some more to this. This is the first update that just really seems stupid.
