They randomly appear as you play through the game (1p or co-op I would think?) At least that is my understanding of it. I think they only impact your characters on adventure mode, but if you could level up players for on-line brawls that would be sooo sweeeetttttt!!!>

Yes, yes, I know it's not impossible. I just got pissed when my I left my Pikmin and those little fuckers decided it was a good idea to start attacking bomb rocks... I don't remember how many times I restarted the game because of that. As for these Stickers, that's pretty awesome. Gives a whole new level of strategy to the game.

@Ben,
Pikmin 2 adds new types of pikmin and if you play #2 you're going to want to play #1 and then be dissapointed because you can't do as much stuff in #1. Play #1 first because its freakin amazing as is (and much easier to find) then go ahead and play/get pikmin 2 so that you can experience the full glory of both games!
I know for a lot of games its better to skip to #2 and get the crazy version right away and then you don't miss a whole lot but Pikmin is worth it.....just trust me. God this game is crack..just talking about it I am going to have to go back and play both games again ....

epic update, I knew the adventure mode would end up having some sort of RPG elements to it. Sweeeeeet. I am going to LOVE this game so hard.

I'm sure somebody else mentioned this and I don't feel like going back and reading over 172 pages but I just finished Viewtiful Joe 1 and man he would rock in this game. Maybe next time....
