wolf could still be in, i doubt it if they keep falco, but in the other smash games mario could wear luigis outfit and luigi was still playable

I doubt that.

and Mario did not wear luigi's clothes in Melee. He wore: Red+Blue, Blue+Red, Yellow+Purple, Green+Brown, and I think Brown+White. The only thing that comes close to looking like Luigi is green and brown clothes.
