I usually end up about 6 - 10 feet depending on how much detail I'm looking for. sometimes I don't need much, sometimes I need more so I move closer. I think I already need glasses though, so I might do better once I get checked for a pair.

Of course, if it's a laptop, then I often only have about 2 - 3 feet, but that's how it goes with laptops

way to close, close enough where all i can see in my peripheral vision is the edges of the tv. hehe just kidding. about 12-14 feet away from a 60 inch tv depending on where you are on the couch.
