Yea seriously, even if it's MGS4... What value is there compared to the regular bundle where you get the 80gig?

 I think its more like a collectors item,hence the gunmetal and limited supply.

this is more of a collector /hardcore fan deal rather than a value deal.hardcore fans will not care about 100 bucks as long as they aere getting something unique and related to their interest.

maybe this PS3 is not as much as a dust magnet as the black one? Either way, hardcore fans that do not have a PS3 will buy it and it'll probably be sold out in both Japan and the U.S.

It's very limited, that makes it a very rare collector's item. It's not like it's the Halo 360.
