Ex-clover employees, kicked-out by big-boss Capcom in 2007.

Now, they've created a new developer-studio called Platinum Games. Platinum Games is currently working together with Sega to create a bunch of new games.

-They are working on 4 games at the moment, however... Only 3 were talked about. The 4th one is supervised by Shinji Mikami, creator of the Resident Evil series... Promises a lot of good stuf, don't it?!

1) Bayonetta. Platform: X360/PS3.

Actiongame with the witch Bayonetta as the main character. She'll be battling with 'angels' in a modern setting. The game is being developed and supervised by Hideki Kamiya. The guy who created the Devil May Cry series.

Kamiya noted specifically that this game will release 'on time'... Whatever that means... 2009 I guess.

2) Infinite Lite. Platform: DS.

The game is being developed by the studio 'Nude Maker'. The people who work at Nude Maker are the ex- Steel Batallion creators. Nothing else is known about this game.

3) Mad World. Platform: Wii.

The game will go further then Manhunt 2 and No More Heroes. The main character has a chainsaw on it's right hand. You'll be having similar killing-techniques as in Manhunt 2. Although the game is more 'lighthearted'.

The game Might not release in Japan because it'll be so gruwesome... (Developed for the Western Market).

Update: This the game that Matt Cassamasima has been hinting at... Also, the game will be in black-and-white, with only the blood being coloured... Namely Red!... Sweet, Mature Wii-game that is being developed by So much talent!

Rumor: Suda51 has hinted at working with Shinji Mikami at a new game (officially unnanounced). Maybe that's the 4th game... That game was also supposed to go to the Wii.

^Somebody watched and read Sin City too many times. Cool art style but it's a blatant ripoff of Miller.

Thanks for making the tenth thread about these games. They're so awesome that I love reading the three sentence descriptions for each of them over and over again.

Mad World looks like an awsome game but since these said that they're going to go even further than No More heros (and mr Suda51 said he wanted to make t more bloody than MH2) its making me a little worried that it might get a AO rating and you know with nintendo they might not let them sell this. I also worried with NMH bcause i thought it was going to be too bloody but it didnt get any complaints from the masses esp from Jack Thompsom.

man, look at the face of the main character. its so the same character like the one hunting for the killer of his lover. it looks like the same guy. 

It's not just the color scheme. Pick up a copy of a Sin City graphic novel some time and you'll see what I mean.

 Maybe this game will be out just in time for Sin City 2? can someone say great marketing?
