It can hardly be said to be a "blatant ripoff" just because it uses the same colour scheme. Maybe the art designer is a fan of The White Stripes... or the Nazis.

It's not just the color scheme. Pick up a copy of a Sin City graphic novel some time and you'll see what I mean.
