kamil, I think ioi confirmed before that New Zealand isn't included with Australia. As for Spain & Portugal, I thought they were separate too, did ioi say Portugal was included with Spain?

@BKK: Well, I wasn't sure about NZ so it's possible you are right.
About Portugal it's sure, ioi said so:

it's just as you implied. "others" are for non european, australian, north american, and japanese game markets.

Sigh... still no good explanation for those 26,000 X360s sold in Others/others last week (on average 20,400 per week this year).
Let me show a number for comparison.
In a thread by FishyJoe just a couple of weeks ago we found out that the life-time sales for the X360 in South Korea is 150,000 (the article wasn't even clear weather that includes the first Xbox, but let's assume it's just for X360). Now, the X360 was released there in Feb 2006, and for arguments sake if we assume that sales were slow in the start and that recent sales are surging, we get the following:
Assume 90,000 sold in 2007
Shave off 40% for Holiday sales --> 0.6 x 90,000 = 54,000
Divide with 44 (non-Holiday) weeks --> 54,000 / 44 = 1227 per week
Assume '08 has 40% YoY increase to '07 --> 1.4 x 1227 ~ 1700 per week.
So sales of the X360 in South Korea would in 2008 so far be on average 1.700 consoles per week (after a calculation with a lot of good will).
Note that this is the biggest market of the countries in "Others/others", S Korea is wealthy and has a pop of 50 million.
Where the heck are the rest of the 20,400-1.700 = 18,700 X360 consoles sold every week?
As a 360-fan I really hope these numbers would be true, but I don't like discussing sales and making predictions lying to myself.
It's possible Hong Kong is a bigger market than South Korea as consoles from Hong Kong get exported to Mainland China and other Asian countries where they haven't been officially released yet.
