DQ VIII and Suikoden III

I actually prefer Suikoden over Suikoden II, 'cause Suiko II is actually an upgrade of the first Suikoden. Konami put all the magic you have in II already in I, and upgraded the first title with Suikoden II. That might make II better, I can understand if you would think that way, but still I regard Suikoden 1 higher 'cause it already had almost everything that made II so good..

And I love the ending of Suikoden 1, it's so dramatic but also beautiful with the sacrifice of Viktor and Flik, and how they draw their swords and begin their assumed last fight along side each other.. it almost makes you cry.. :)
''Hadouken!''
Even though they have already been mentioned. Suikoden III and Suikoden V. Both are great but Suikoden V was especially good. Although getting all 108 characters in Suikoden V can be hard because their are a lot of "missable" characters.

Thank you very much, finally someone who agrees. Indeed, it's a Riou avatar, I wanted a higher resolution, but it's the best I got.

Well i've got u covered man:
- Dragon Quest 8
- Star ocean 3
- Valkyrie Profile 2
ironically all from Square Enix, even if u dont want FF, u just cant escape its maker :)
Hmm, some very good suggestions. I'll be adding Radiata Stories to my collection and be on the lookout for DDS 1 and 2.
I don't understand the love affair that people have with Kingdom Hearts on this forum.
Dark Cloud 1/2 (particularly 2)
Rogue Galaxy
Level-5's JRPGs are really all I know right now, besides Pokemon.
This is a very old thread, I know.
But I am looking for some good rpg:s on my ps2. I have loved final fantasies and absolutely hated SMT/Persona and KH. Do you have any suggestions?
I also own rogue galaxy, dragon quest 8 and xenosaga episode 2.
