WW games in general are bland and numb - they've been over used to where gamers who like shooters are Harvard level educated historians of the global situation within the World War eras.

Actually all most of them could tell you is that america kicks ass.

Dawn of War, World in Conflict, Supreme Commander, Medieval II: Total War, Sins of a Solar Empire. Then it's coming C&C Red Alert 3, Starcraft 2, Dawn of War 2, Demigod, Empire: Total War, Multiwinia, Worldshift, Perimeter 2 and Panzers: Cold War.

Although this is for PC.

Perhaps the title of best looking RTS for consoles would be better?

Not bad, would like to try it out. A RTS without mouse amounts to torture but perhaps they port it to the PC.

 And for the best-looking RTS ... It certainly looks nice but not exactly spectacular. Recently I haven't followed RTS but in the midterm even Starcraft2 will look nicer and Blizzard games are not exactly high-end graphic demos. But this isn't the most important point in a RTS.

 World in Conflict was fun, I forgot about that.

 

Supreme commander was one of the most boring things I've ever experienced.  I've tried to get into it like 4 times and never can.

The total war games are definitely good, but they aren't RTS in the same sense as building structures and producing units all in real time.

how is sins of a solar empire?  I heard it's cool, i'll probably give it a try.

 Red Alert 3 will blow.  Thanks EA for ruining my favorite franchise.

Starcraft II will be awesome.

what is demigod, multiwinia, worldshift, perimeter 2, and panzers: cold war?
