Well, since Pachter gets inside information, then we can pretty much write these numbers up as a the probable outcome.

Looks like the Wii will outsell the PS3 and 360 combined once again in the NPD and the monthly Wii hate Wiik will be back in full swing.


I wonder if anybody in the mainstream press will pick that up, since it was GTA launch month, and all.

On gamedaily they also had some expectations on software numbers:

GTA IV (combined) 3.3M
MK Wii 1.25M
Pokemon 1.25M

Only Pokemon is considerable more than Vgchartz, the others seem to be completely in line with this site. Anyone here thinks Pachter checked Vgchartz before making these prediction?

Then starting in November Wii smashes all records again.

He probably just has an inside guy at NPD and VGChartz is so dead on balls accurate with hardware numbers that it just looks like he's checking the site.
